Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 139, Draft 3 which includes the
following amendments as discussed at the December 4, 2001 Planning Committee meeting:
1. Condition G. Amends the fair share contributions to not include the one house
which is already permitted on the lot.
(NOTE: This is corrected Bill 139, Draft 3, which was considered
by the Council on Jan. 9, 2002)
