'I~te 'ili (land division) of l~u°ala'a is the piko or center of l~o'oulu I~ltui. °I'he goals of l~o'oulu I~hui are: 'I1te restoration and ananageanent of l~awaiian cultural sites; the developaatent and operation of a ~iawaiian cultural education center; the self- sufficienc~ ~f Ho'oulu T~hui through culturally appropriate economic developanent ventures; and collaboratioat with other agencies and orgaati~ations. ~o~poatents of the Pu'ala'a cultural Education Center: 1.
