Re: Quitclaim Deed--Kiku~o Kanemoto
Tax Map Key (3)2-3-019:018
We are transmitting for the Council's review and consideration for acceptance a copy of the
above quitclaim deed, along with a resolution accepting the deed.
Mrs. Kanemoto has properly along the Alenaio Stream Flood Control Channel at Kapiolani
Street. The bulk of her properly and all of her frontage lie within the streambed. The property is of no
value to her and she no longer wishes to pay taxes on it.
Upon acceptance of the above quitclaim, please send notification of such acceptance
to: (1) Mrs. Kikuyo Kanemoto, c/o Cary M. Kanemoto, 5090 Likini Street, 601, Honolulu, Hawaii
96818; (2) Department of Public Works; and (3) Gerald Takase, Assistant Corporation Counsel, who
will record the said deed with the Bureau of Conveyances.
