WHEREAS, the Council of the County of Hawaii is authorized to adopt the street names of unnamed roadways in the County of Hawaii pursuant to Section 22-35, Article 2, Chapter 22, Hawaii County Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its regular meeting of December 6, 2001, approved the name for the certain unnamed roadway within the Hale Ke`eke`e Subdivision, Ke`eke`e lst and 2nd, South Kona, Hawaii; now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that said roadway, as indicated on Exhibit "A" of this Resolution, be named as follows: Hale Ke`eke`e Place - after the ahupuaa in which the subdivision is located; literally, houses in Ke`eke`e Dated at Hilo, Hawaii, this day of , 2002.
