I just wanted to let you know how disappointed I was to learn that you had voted for,

the 'irradiator. It seemed to be another example of lack off' leadership 'on your part. I
really don't see the financial return:for District 9 or for;this island., W ith so, many, needs
going unfunded, how do youjustify thisexpenditure? Do you.really~feel like you are
representing the interests of District 9? ~
