SUBJECT: Draft 2, Resolution 155-0
Pursuant to the amendments offered by Council members during the meeting of the Committee
on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations on January 8, 2002, please find draft 2 of
Resolution 155-01, a resolution opposing the U.S. Navy's proposed deployment of Surveillance
Towed Array Sensor System Low Frequency Active (SURTASS LFA) Sonar.
As amended, I commend the adoption of this resolution by the full Council. Please do not
