From Assistant Corporation Counsel Gerald Takase, da ed January 7, 2002,
transmitting the above resolution accepting the subject ~ uitclaim deed. Informs
Mrs. Kanemoto has property along the Alenaio Stream loud Control Channel at
Kapiolani Street and the bulk of her property and all of er frontage lie within the
streambed, which is of no value to her and she no long wishes to pay taxes on it.
