B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
Council action is being requested to accept and acknowledge a donation by Ross Miyose of one African
Spur Thighed Tortoise for the Panaewa Zoo. The tortoise, which has an estimated value of $100, will be
used for educational and display purposes.
