As required by Resolution No. 46-01, reports indicating the number of plants eradicated and the number of complaints received from the public, the type of complaint and the complaint disposition are attached. Also included is a complaint we received on ®ecember 20, 2001, which is not related to our mission. Caller described the helicopter and related that the doors were on. Further related that he is familiar with the helicopters involved in the marijuana eradication program and has no problem with them. Kona Complaint: Report of low flying helicopter in the area of ~ioloholo Street, Kona Acres Subdivision. Aircraft was flying 75 to 100 feet altitude and had to gain altitude to fly over power lines. Caller described the aircraft as blue color with doors of the aircraft being on. Caller related that the aircraft came from a southerly direction and was flying towarYi the Waimea direction. Comments: After being informed of police not conducting any type of operation, caller related that caller didn't think that it was any type of eradication mission, but because aircraft was flying at a dangerously low altitude, caller thought that it should be reported.
