SUBJECT: Transmittal of Resolution 169-02, Draft 3
Attached please find Resolution No. 169-02, Draft 3, including several friendly floor amendments
proposed by Councilmember J. Curtis Tyler, III and adopted by the full Council on January 24,
2002.
The Draft 3 amendments include:
1. Deletion of the words "AND DONATIONS" from the title of the resolution.
2. Addition of the kahako symbol in the spelling of the word "kokua."
3. D~;letion of the words "and generous financial donations to KUZDEM Productions in
order" from the first "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED" clause on page 2.
