Attached please find Resolution No. 155-01, Drag 3, including several friendly floor amendments
and adopted by the full Council on January 24, 2002.
Amendments are as follows:
1. In the third "Whereas" clause, a comma is added after the word deployment.
2. In the ninth "Whereas" clause, the phrase "engine that drives" is deleted and the phrase
"integral part of
' is inserted. At the end of the sentence, asemi-colon is deleted and a period
is inserted.
3. The tenth "Whereas" clause is deleted in its entirety.
4. In the first "Be It Further Resolved" clause, the word "deploy" is deleted and the phrase "take
marine mammals during the deployment of
' is inserted.
