NAMING OF STREETS IN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, STATE OF HAWAII.
WHEREAS, the Council of the County of Hawaii is authorized to adopt the street names of
unnamed roadways in the County of Hawaii pursuant to Section 22-35, Article 2, Chapter 22, Hawaii
County Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its regular meeting of December 6, 2001, approved
the name for the certain unnamed roadway within the Hale Ke`eke`e Subdivision, Ke`eke`e 1st and
2nd, South Kona, Hawaii; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that said roadway,
as indicated on Exhibit "A" of this Resolution, be named as follows:
Hale Ke`eke`e Place - after the ahupua`a in which the subdivision is
located; literally, houses in Ke`eke`e
Dated at Hilo, Hawaii, this 6th day of bruar~ , 2002.
