(BILL 422/C-1275) From Legislative Assistant Tadato Nagasako dated March 10, 1989, commenting on Communication 1867, as requested at the Planning Committee's January 11, 1989 meeting. States Communication 1867 is a letter dated November 15, 1988 from the previous Planning Director to the Planning Committee, recommending that Bill 338 (Jay Maxner) and Bill 422 (NOrprop, Inc.) be amended to include several conditions "relative to the provision of water to accommodate the developments as proposed by Jay Maxner and Norprop, Inc." Comm. 813: From Allan S. Takase, General Partner, Komohana '79, dated August 16, 1989, commenting on Communication 655. Comm. 830: From K. Ravi Pillai, M.D., dated August 23, 1989, informing he recently purchased a lot in Komohana '79 subdivision, which has a roadway easement connected to the adjacent Ponahawai Medical Center (Ka Waena Lapa'au Medical Center). Requests that the use of the easement to traffic be deleted, as he believes it would cause a great deal of difficulty with his proposed neurodiagnostic building and will precipitate problems with parking and wheelchair access routes.
