We do not anticipate the requested change would not adversely affect the immediate <br /> area. The makai side of Laulcapu Street (across my property) is planned for industrial <br /> use and would be compatible with this request. <br /> 2. The proposed use for the property will be for a baseyard and storage for a home <br /> construction business.
