Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 150, reports as follows:
Bill No. 150, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication No. 472,
dated January 3, 2002, amends Ordinance No. Ol -56, as amended, the Capital Budget, ending
June 30, 2002, by adding the following project:
PARKS AND RECREATION:
Pahoehoe Sewage Pump Station - SRF 110-699-5697.77 $231,402.27
Funds for this project shall be provided from 2271.23 Fund Balance -State Revolving Fund.
Funds have been previously appropriated in Ordinance 98-116 in the amount of $2,000,000. .As
of June 30, O1, the project was not complete and unencumbered funds have lapsed. Lapsed
funds from the prior appropriation will be used to fund this reappropriation.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 150 and
recommends it pass first reading.
