HAWAII, that the finance director of the County of Hawaii is hereby authorized and may
dispose of the above-mentioned property by the methods provided in sections 2-112
(disposition by auction) and 2-113 (sale or lease by sealed bids), Hawaii County Code,
and under such other conditions as may be advisable.

WHEREAS, the public interest demands that the County obtain the highest price possible
for the above-mentioned property and that it explore all avenues available to it in
furtherance thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNCIL OF
HAWAII, that the finance director of the County of Hawaii is hereby authorized and may
dispose of the above-mentioned property by any of the methods available under Article
19, Hawaii County Code, and under such other conditions as may be advisable.
