which the underscoring from the original Ordinance No. 96-117 was inadvertently carried over to
Bill No. 152 and Bill No. 152, Draft 2. The underscoring has not been deleted and will remain in
these two drafts. Please be assured that the underscoring does in no way affect the content and
intent of the bill.
