The closing of the $6,370,000 Improvement District No. 17, Kaloko Subdivision, 2001 Special Assessment Refunding Bond on December 27, 2001 requires preparation of this report and is included in this report. The enclosed summary as of December 27, 2001 is submitted for your review and concurrence. The closing of the $6,370,000 Improvement District No. 17, Kaloko Subdivision, 2001 Special Assessment Refunding Bond on December 27, 2001 requires preparation of this report and is included in this report. The attached tabular summary requires concurrence from both the Chairman of the Finance Committee and the Corporation Counsel. If you concur with this summary, please sign and return the original of this letter and keep the copy for your files. If you disagree with any item, please indicate the item of disagreement and your reasons therefor.
