SUBJECT: TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT
STOP INTERSECTIONS
THROUGH STREETS
Mohouli Street Extension, Federal Aid Project No. STP-2790(1) is nearing completion. The new section
of Mohouli Street extends westerly from Komohana Street and intersects Kukuau Street within the
Sunrise Estates subdivision. Kukuau Street is currently designated a through street from Komohana
Street to its southern terminus.
This amendment, if passed by county council will address needed corrections to "Stop Intersections" and
"Through Streets" sections of the traffic code because of the Mohouli Street Extension project.
We ask for your review and consideration for adoption of the subject amendment. Should you have any
