Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 195, Draft 6, which includes the
following amendments as discussed at today's Council meeting:
1. Condition K. On Page 6, at the end of the first sentence, insert "and shall be
dedicated to the County upon completion."
2. Condition N. In the first sentence, replace the word "may" with "shall".
In the next sentence, replace the 45 second delay with 35 second delay.
And two sentences below that, replace the word "state" with "stage".
