Your Committee on Finance,to which was referred Bill No. 160, reports as follows:
Bill No. 160, transmitted jointly with Bill No. 158, Bill No. 159 and Resolution No. 165-02 by
Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication No. 45 8.2, dated January 10, 2002,
amends Ordinance No. 01-55, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending June 30, 2002. The
amendment is as follows:

TOTAL $ 0
These funds will allow the General Fund to be reduced, due to a revenue shortfall.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 160 and
recommends it pass first reading.
