Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 151, Draft 2 which includes the
following amendments:
1. Condition G. Deletes the "US Department of Agriculture -Natural Resources
Conservation Service" because they do not do Forest Management Plans.
2. Condition N. Inserts the fair share contributions.
3. Condition Q. Inserts "I-Iawaii County" for clarification purposes.
