As required by Resolution No. 46-01, reports indicating the number of plants eradicated and the number of complaints received from the public, the type of complaint and the complaint disposition are attached. Said he has a marijuana certificate and does not want the helicopters around his property. Caller said he contacted Roger CRISTY to get advice prior to calling the Police Department. Caller was told that helicopters were flying in Honokaa yesterday and not in Hilo. Also, the Hawaii County Police Department is contracting a brown helicopter this week.
