DIRECT SUPERVISION OF TIDE MANAGING DIRECTOR AND
DELETING SEWER AND SOLID WASTE FUNCTIONS FROM TIIE
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WOKS
Forwarded for your consideration is a draft ordinance that amends Chapter 2 to recognize the
existence of the Department of Environmental Management. It also recognizes that the Department
of Public Works is responsible for all County public works projects except for those relating to the
Department of Water Supply.
