Comm. 533: AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH AN OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE
(Bill 181) COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2002 TO
JUNE 30, 2003
From Mayor Harry Kim, dated March l , 2002, transmitting for consideration the
proposed Operating Budget for the Fiscal Year 2002-2003, totaling $202,785,172 in
estimated revenues and appropriations (Parts I and II). It also includes the operations
of eleven of the County's Special Funds as well as the General Fund.
Comm. 533.1: From Finance Director William Takaba, dated March 4, 2002, transmitting a booklet
containing the reports entitled .Six Month Progress Report on Program Objectives for
FY 2001-02 and Final Status Report on Program Objectives, for FY 2000-U1. The
reports are being provided to the Council to evaluate their program accomplishments
for the first six months of the current fiscal year and for the last fiscal year, 2000-01.

(Bill 182) FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2002 TO
JUNE 30, 2003
From Mayor Harry Kim, dated March 1, 2002, transmitting for consideration the
proposed Capital Budget and Programs for the Fiscal Year 2002-2003, consisting of
45 projects. The County's share of the costs is $40,478,000, with the balance of
$14,145,000 being the Federal Government's Matching Share and $7,750,000 from
the State Revolving Fund.
