Conditio~a o£ Ordinaxac~ No. 9'~--36.
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted
a Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Negotiate and Execute an
Agreement With Oceanside 1250 to Satisfy Condition "M" of
Ordinance No. 97-36.
The HCHA reviewed and approved the resolution at its meeting on
March 7, 2002, and voted as follows:
AYES: J. Arakaki, A. Chung, L. Elarionoff, J. Jacobson,
B. Leithead-Todd, N. Pisicchio, J. Tyler, III, D.
Yagong, G. Safarik - 9
NOES: none
ABSENT AND EXCUSED: none
Accordingly, I am requesting that this resolution be included on
the Council agenda for action at its April 3, 2002, meeting.
