From Finance Director William Takaba, dated February 12, 2002, transmitting
applications from qualifying organizations and a list showing amounts requested for
review and appropriation of funds for Fiscal Year 2002-2003.
Comm. 522.1: From Human Services and Economic Development Committee (HS&EDC) Chair
Nancy Pisicchio, dated February 21, 2002, transmitting bound copies of the 46 grant
applications from eligible nonprofit organizations requesting Fiscal Year 2002-2003
grant funds. Informs of the HS&EDC's study team's site visits and/or interviews to
be held March 11-13 and tl}e March 21 and April 1 Special meetings when
presentations from applicant agencies relating to their grant requests will be
deliberated.

presentations to the Council, as follows:
1. Child & Family Service will present on March 21, 2002, in Kona
2. Island of I-Iawai`i YMCA will present its Mediation Services and
Youth-at-Risk grant requests on April 1, 2002, in Hilo
Note: Both organizations will he inserted in the order on the agendas
alphabetically.
