Prosecuting Attorney provides clerical support to the Federal Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) counselor;
WHEI~~e4S, by increasing the time element of this position from to 3/4-time to full time, there
would be an increase in productivity time to lessen the backlog of the unit's clerical support staff work
necessary to manage the caseload of the full time VOCA counselor; and
W0~6~R~AaS, this position can be downgraded to a Clerk II, SR-08, position as the work
assignments no longer require stenography skills; and
WHi~R~AS, there are sufficient funds available in the Prosecuting Attorney's Victims of Crime
Act Regular Salaries and Wages account (010-271-5271.56-011).
