referenced ordinance.
A receipt for cashier's check#20500720 for the amount of $24,824.88 paid for fair share
contributions as required under Condition M is enclosed. By payment of this sum, you
have fully complied with the, fair shags; contribution requirements under Condition zv1 of
the above referenced ordinance for tl~e initial increment of six (6) lots. The conditions for
rezoning allow for the development of a total of 16 lots. Below is a breakdown on the
fair share contribution paid for this initial increment.
