Condition "Nd" of Ordinances 330. 97°36.
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted
a Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Negotiate and Execute an
Agreement With Oceanside 1250 to Satisfy Condition "M" of
Ordinance No. 97-36.
The HCHA reviewed and approved the resolution at its meeting on
March 7, 2002. An incorrect date was later noted on the first
page of the resolution which is now corrected on the attached.
Please replace the attached resolution which is scheduled for
Council action (Res. 183-02) on April 3, 2002.
