ending June 30, 2002. The amendment is as follows:

3609.08 Fund Balance from Prior Year-Reserved Highway $239,315.61
To:
020-801-5801.34 Transfer to Capital Project Fund Highway $239,315.61
These funds «Till be transferred to the Capital Project Fund due to the excess fuel tax collections
lapsed to the fund balance.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 180 and
recommends it pass first reading.
