RESOLUTION NO. Co%:
NAMING A STREET IN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, STATE OF HAWAII
WHEREAS, the Council of the County of Hawaii is authorized to adopt a street name
for an unnamed roadway in the County of Hawaii pursuant to Section 22-35, Article 2,
Chapter 22, Relating to Streets and Sidewalks and Section 23-49, Chapter 23, Relating to
Subdivisions, Hawaii County Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its regular meeting of February 25, 2002,
approved the name for the certain unnamed roadway in Onouli and Kalukalu, South Kona,
Hawaii; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that said
roadway, as indicated on Exhibit "A" of this Resolution, be named as follows:
"Konawaena School Road" - historically used name on Tax Maps
Dated at Hilo , Hawaii, this 1st day of May , 2002.
