Passage of this bill will facilitate the implementation of a safe technology that supports further development of our agricultural industry. I understand that the technology proposed is a reliable and proven process used in worldwide applications. The proposed facility will also reduce the cost of Big Island agriculture products and be cost competitive in the market place.
