SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 01-56, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2001 to June 30, 2002,
is hereby amended by increasing the following appropriation:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Puainako Street Extension -Federal [$410,000] 6 410 000

SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable $6,000,000
SECTION 3. Bracketed material represents the appropriation amount being
