Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawaii FZevised Statutes, as amended, the Office of the
Corporation Counsel requests the opportunity for confidential attorney-client discussion
in executive session concerr,ng the joint request of this office and 1-tGE~? to reconsider
the Council's earlier decision.
This case involves the request by a County employee for legal representation in a
quasi-criminal traffic matter currently pending before the District Court of the Third
Circuit, South Kohala Division.
We respectfully ask this matter be place on the Council's next agenda as permeated by
law.
