Comm. 551: SENATE RESOLUTION N0. 143 From T. David Woo, Jr., Clerk of the Senate, dated May 15, 1989, transmitting a copy of Senate Resolution No. 143, requesting the County of Hawaii to examine its ordinances relating to zoning to develop a sound system to protect agricultural lands from condominium-style development of agricultural land and eliminate the ambiguity in the law, which was adopted by the Senate during the 1989 legislative session.
