Thank you for submitting the draft copy of the Integrated Solid Waste Management Plan to the
County Council. It is my understanding that your Department and the Environmental
Management Commission will be reviewing the document prior to scheduling public hearings.
Please provide the scheduled meetings of the Environmental Management Commission for
which the Integrated Solid Waste Management Plan will be reviewed. We would also appreciate
the dates, times, and places of the public hearings regarding the Integrated Solid Waste
Management Plan.
Also, please come prepared to answer questions regarding the Regional Transfer Station as being
proposed to the Environmental Management Commission.
