The OfFice of the Corporation Counsel requests a meeting in executive session at the
next available Council meeting for the purpose of attorney-client privileged discussion
concerning the future disposition of this case.
This request is made pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawaii Revised Statutes, as
amended, and is made for the reason discussion in executive session will cover
questions and issues pertaining to the County of Hawai`i's powers, duties, privileges,
immunities, and/or liabilities, and discussion in executive session will cover trial strategy
for the upcoming trial in the above case.
