Comm. 594: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PARTIAL RELEASE OF A DRAINAGE
(Res. 203-02) EASEMENT ON PROPERTY OWNED BY MAUNA KEA AGRIBUSINESS,
CO INC. TMK (3 9) 6.12:PORTION OF 12
From Corporation Counsel Lincoln S. T. Ashida, dated April 15, 2002, transmitting the
above resolution and warranty deed from Mauna Kea Agribusiness to the State of
Hawaii. Informs the State of d-lawai`i is planning an emergency Pa`au`au Stream Bridge
replacement project using Federal funds near the corner of Kamani Street and
Mamalahoa Highway, near Ka`u Hospital, and requires clear title to the project site,
which includes part of Mauna Kea Agribusiness property currently encumbered by a
County drainage easement for the County's Pa`au`au Stream Flood Control Project. The
State intends to convey Parcel 6 to the County after the project is completed, for the
county's use as part of the County's Pa`au`au Stream Flood Control Project.

REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AND MILDRED K. GALIMBA REVOCABLE

From Corporation Counsel Lincoln S. T. Ashida, dated April 15, 2002, transmitting the
above resolution and warranty deed from Albert Galimba and Mildred K. Galimba as
Trustees of their respective revocable living trusts. Informs the State of Hawaii is
planning an emergency Pa`au`au Stream Bridge replacement project using Federal funds
near the corner of Kamani Street and Mamalahoa Highway, near Ka`u Hospital, and
requires clear title to the project site, which includes part of Mauna Kea Agribusiness
property currently encumbered by a County drainage easement for the County's Pa`au`au
Stream Flood Control Project. Informs the State intends to convey the property it
receives from the Galimba trusts to the County after the project is completed, for the
