Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 193, Draft 3 which includes the
following amendments to Condition F as discussed at today's Council meeting:
Amends the first sentence by inserting the word "required" before the words
"connection of `Ili`Ili Street and Kiekie Street", and ending the sentence after
County of Hawaii, by deleting "upon request by the Department of Public
Works."
