Durixag this tines, i don't recall any slowdown in state or county spending, and while County workers axed State workers didn't gniss array benefits or pay raises, we saw an increase in personnel to the point of having o ~ ~ Tlae private sector paid for it in spades with both business and personal bankruptcies that led tree nation for 2 years, quite an accomplishment for such a small state. fiwo words pop into xny head regarding the govexxinaent's handling of their fiscal duties during our depression - ignorance and ~rrogancc.
