Hale dated May 8, 1989, transmitting a copy of a letter from Bill Graham, regarding the General Plan. Comm. 489: TIME EXTENSION REQUEST ORDINANCE N0. 87 95 APPLICANT: ROBERT W. CARLSMITH TMK• 7-5-4:29 Copy of letter to Robert W. Comm. 521: REZONING REQUEST - OHIA DEVELOPMENT CORP. (Bill 109) KALOKO, NORTH KONA TMK: 7-3-24:7 (21.6 acres) From Planning Commission Chairman Gary Mizuno dated May 15, 1989, submitting a bill to change the district classification for 21.6 acres of land from an Agricultural 20-acre (A-20a) to an Agricultural 3-acre (A-3a) zoned district at Kaloko Mauka Subdivision, Increment I, Kaloko, North Kona. Comm. 522: STATE LAND USE BOUNDARY AMENDMENT REQUEST (Bill 110) KEVEN & WILLIAM RINKENBACH PUUKALA, NORTH KONA TMK: 7-2-06:7 (2.716 acres) From Planning Commission Chairman Gary Mizuno dated May 15, 1989, submitting a bill to amend the State Land Use boundary for 2.716 acres of land by changing the district classification from an Agricultural to Rural District at Hue hue Ranch Headquarters, Puukala, North Kona. Informs the Commission concurs with the Planning Director in forwarding a denial recommendation for reasons, as listed. Res. 63: KONA BEACH DEVELOPMENT VENTURE - CONSTRUCTION OF A 180-SLIP MARINA AT ITS KOHANAIKI RESORT SITE Recommends that: 1 the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers deny Kona Beach Development Venture's Application For Department Of The Army Permit to construct a 180-slip marina in Kohanaiki, North Kona; (2) the Planning Commission deny Kona Beach Development Venture's application for Special Management Area permit, a shoreline setback variance and a use permit to construct the marina; and (3) the Board of Land and Natural Resources deny Kona Beach Development Venture's application for a Conservation District Use Permit to construct the marina.
