Dear Councilman Smith,
I am strongly opposed to the Irradiation plant in Hilo. ~
I don't want my tax money spent on nuclear technology, especially with
such serious sofety questions.
I also think there are serious financial r(sks jfor a project such c~s this. We
can't keep It running 24 hours a day, which is needed to make It
economical.
As your constituent, I expect you to vote on this controversial issue.
