Attached is Resolution No. 212-02, Draft 2, which was the result of an amendment made
at the Finance Committee meeting of May 14, 2002.
Due to a error found in the fifth Whereas clause of the Resolution, an amendment was made to
change "refuse trailers" to "truck tractors".
