This is to transmit Resolution No. 207-02, Draft 2 which was the result of an amendment made
at the Finance Committee meeting of May 14, 2002. The amendment is as follows:
The resolved clause to read as follows: "...authorized to negotiate a 20 year lease
(with renewal options of two 5 year periods) with the East Hawaii Cultural
Council, a nonprofit organization, without notice or appraisal, for the East
Hawaii Cultural Center."
