SUBJECT RESOLUTION NO. 180-02, ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES
As discussed with County Council Member Nancy Pisicchio, attached is the amended
resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into amulti-year agreement for animal control
services.
Language in the resolution is amended to clarify authorization to enter into a contract
with one or more organizations for animal control activities.
