'This increase gill hit the small business owner twice, once at home and once at work, Many businesses are sera ing as it is. `T`his could be the hit that makes shears give up. VVe cannot handle addang these folks to the unemployment roster. Third...r~aost homeowners errs totally unaware of the amount they pay in property texts. It is added into the monthly anortgage payment and they never know how r~.uch is allocated for taxes. There is a lot of coanplalaair~,g now, but wait till everyone's mortgage payments go up. ®f course it will be too late. Fourth...very little is being done about the huge number of un-permitted homes axed improvements. I spent 8 years in the real estate industry on the 13ig Island. I have seen hundreds, if not thousands of un-permitted homes, structures and improvements. There is a lot of money to be found. Finally, my last word on this issue...A[JI~I'T. `hank you for you time.
