Attached is a resolution authorizing the acceptance of the roadway Ainaloa Blvd. from the Ainaloa
Community Association. Drafted by the Office of the Corporation Counsel, this resolution evolved out of
a meeting held with Mayor Kim, the Office of the Corporation Counsel, the Public Works Department,
the Ainaloa Community Association and myself earlier this month. Please have this matter agendized at
the Public Works and Intergovernmental Committee meeting scheduled for June 4, 2002 at 9:OOa.m.
