Berard a# Directors agreed to Borne of the stipulations of the
proposal which essentially agreed to take ownership of the
baulevar•d with certair, stipulations that ar•e being drafted now for
approval by the Ainalna Board of Directors and County Counsel. In
the ~eanti~e the Ainaloa Bo3r•d a# Ui•re~;tors agreed not to close the
road again until the question of ownership is resolved by the
+Caunty Counsel.
We anticipate i.rarrsediate actior, so av not to resort back to closing
the read.
