(AMENDED)
Hy motion duly made and seconded, the County Council amended Finance Committee
Report 178 with the following changes:
l) Deletions/insertions were made in Paragraph Number 3: "Resolution l 67-02
proposes to sell county office space within the Hilo Lagoon Centre [at a] ~ puhlic
auction after the ut~s~f. values have been established by an independent appraisal.
[Through an independent appraisal,] T[t]he assessed values of these properties total
$894,620.'"
The incorporated amendment shall read as follows: "Resolution 167-02 proposes to
sell county office space ~,vithin the Hilo Lagoon Centre by public auction after the
upset values have been established by an independent appraisal. The assessed values
of these properties total $894,260."
Finance Committee Report 178, as amended, was adopted by the following voice vote:
AYES:Councilmembers Chung, Elarionoff, Jacobson,
Leithead-Todd, Pisicchio, Safarik. Tyler, Yagong, and
Chairman Arakaki 9.
NOES:None.
